The Club

Sutton Golf club is now over 115 years old and over these years, has been steeped in much history, most notably, the achievements of our most famous member J.B. Carr. Most fittingly, the club have a dedicated room to him and a great number of his many many achievements. Any trip to the Club by a visiting member is incomplete without visiting the Dr. Joe Carr room. A short history of the club is available in this area of the site also.

The Restaurant we have is now very popular amongst members and indeed non - members alike! The food is always delicious and the view is equally worth feasting your eyes on. You can savour what we can claim to be the best view of Ireland’s eye and Howth Head from the restaurant and bar that overlooks the 9th Green and course. This view is spectacular during the day, but equally so at night time!
