Membership at Sutton Golf Club
Sutton Golf Club tries its best to facilitate as many people as possible who would like to become members of the golf club. We have a number of categories and hopefully one will suit you.
Currently we are not taking on any playing members (with the exception of Juveniles). However, any applications received, will be placed on a waiting list for when vacancies do arise. Pavilion (Clubhouse) membership is available and the details of the benefits / entitlements to this are detailed below.

Full Ordinary Members
Open to both Ladies and Gents over 18 years of age.
Full ordinary members enjoy the following playing rights and entitlements;
- Play in all Club Competitions
- Represent the Club in interclub team competitions
- Attend all social events
- Host their GUI / ILGU Handicap through the Club
- Access to the Members Bar in Clubhouse
- Members discounts in the Bar
- Introduce guests at preferential guest green fee rates
- Avail of Golfsure Personal Insurance
- Full voting rights
- Access to our resident PGA Professional and associated practice facilities
Weekday Members
Open to both ladies and gents over 18 years of age
Weekday Members enjoy the following playing rights and entitlements:
- Play golf Monday to Friday, subject to some competition restrictions
- Play in certain Club match-play competitions
- Represent the Club in interclub team competitions
- Attend all Social Events held in the Club
- Host their GUI / ILGU Handicap through the Club
- Access to the Members Bar in Clubhouse
- Members discounts in the Bar
- Introduce guests at preferential guest green fee rates
- Avail of Golfsure Personal Insurance
- Access to resident PGA Professional and associated practice facilities
Lifestyle / Intermediate Membership
Open to both ladies and gents between the ages of 24 and 39 years (Intermediate 24 – 34 and Lifestyle 35 – 39)
Both Lifestyle and Intermediate Members enjoy the following playing rights and entitlements:
- Play in all Club Competitions
- Represent the Club in interclub team competitions
- Attend all social events
- Host their GUI / ILGU Handicap through the Club
- Access to the Members Bar in Clubhouse
- Members discounts in the Bar
- Introduce guests at preferential guest green fee rates
- Avail of Golfsure Personal Insurance
- Access to our resident PGA Professional and associated practice facilities
Pavilion (Clubhouse) Membership
Open to both ladies and gents over 18 years of age.
Pavilion (Clubhouse) Members enjoy the following benefits and entitlements:
- Play maximum of 10 casual rounds of golf per year, Monday to Friday inclusive, upon payment of the member guest green fee rate.
- Use Practice facilities
- Use the club house and bar
- Attend all social events
- Access to the Members Bar in Clubhouse
- Members discounts in the Bar
- Book rooms and functions
- Access to our resident PGA Professional and associated practice facilities
Alternative Membership Options
Sutton Golf Club also caters for Cadet, Junior, Student, University, Overseas and Pavilion Membership.
